Our sales force is essential for building fruitful relationships, setting directions for sales efforts and truly understanding our customers’ business, objectives and challenges. I focus on solving problems affecting our relationship or financial performance with the customer I’m responsible for. That can range anywhere from hiring the right members for the team, requesting people from our organization to attend a customer complaint, to solving a relationship issue.
