Annual General Meeting 2022

Ericsson’s Annual General Meeting was held on March 29, 2022. Due to COVID-19, the AGM 2022 was conducted without the physical presence of shareholders, representatives and third parties and the meeting was conducted as a digital meeting with online participation. Shareholders were also able to exercise their voting rights by post before the meeting.

Ericsson Annual Report 2021 has been published and can be downloaded. The printed version will be distributed end of March 2021 to shareholders who have requested it.

In addition to the Annual Report we have published 'Ericsson 2021 in review' with highlights from 2021, CEO comment, our strategy, financial targets, information about our segments and market areas as well as other parts of our business and market.

October 5, 2022 – Expected payment of second part of the dividends
October 20, 2022 - Ericsson reports third quarter 2022

The period beginning the first day of a reporting month and lasts until the release of the report. During this period, no investor or financial analyst meetings will be conducted.
